We are looking for a highly skilledTest Managerwho is hands-on withmanual and automation testingand can effectively manageNon-Functional Requirements (NFR) testing. The ideal candidate should be prepared to actively participate in manual and automation testing while also managing the overall test strategy. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible forfront-ending with customers during the UAT phase, ensuring smooth execution and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Management & Execution:Oversee and executemanual, automation, and NFR testingactivities.
- Hands-on Testing:Actively participate in test execution, includingfunctional, regression, performance, security, and scalability testing.
- Automation Framework:Develop and maintainautomation frameworksusing tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, or other relevant technologies.
- NFR Testing:Plan and executeperformance, security, scalability, and reliability testingusing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
- UAT Coordination:Serve as theprimary point of contact for customersduring theUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, ensuring effective communication, issue tracking, and resolution.
- Collaboration & Leadership:Work closely withdevelopment, DevOps, and business teamsto align testing activities with project goals.
- Test Strategy & Planning:Define and implement test strategies, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- Defect Management:Track, report, and drive defect resolution in coordination with development teams.
- Reporting & Metrics:Provide regular test progress reports, defect metrics, and test coverage reports to stakeholders.
- Team Mentorship:Guide and mentor junior testers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experiencein software testing, including manual, automation, and NFR testing.
- Stronghands-on experiencein bothmanual and automation testing(Selenium, Appium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, etc. ).
- Experience withperformance and NFR testing tools(JMeter, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, etc. )
- Strong knowledge oftest management tools(JIRA, ALM, TestRail, etc. )
- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementskills, with experience engaging with customers during UAT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
