Requirements :

Job Title: QA Engineer (Manual & Automation Testing)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, with specific expertise in Playwright and Selenium using Java or Python.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
• Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure application stability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and testing standards.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on testing methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3- 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on both manual and automated testing.
• Proven experience with Playwright or Selenium automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java or Python programming languages.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Manual Testing: Expertise in designing and executing manual test cases.
• Automation Testing: Proficiency in Playwright or Selenium.
• Programming Languages: Java, Python.
• Test Case Design: Ability to create detailed and effective test cases.
• Regression Testing: Experience in conducting thorough regression tests.
• Bug Tracking Tools: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Bugzilla.
• CI/CD Tools: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• API Testing: Experience with tools like Postman, RestAssured or Karate.
• Database Testing: Proficiency in SQL and database testing.
• Version Control Systems: Experience with Git or other version control tools.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
