Purpose of the Role - To conduct technology upgradation & improvement activities as per defined CTS plan for engineering, procurement and operations team with the objective of driving best in class process safety, reliability, costs and environmental performances

Responsibilities -
Policies, Processes and Procedures -
Follow applicable HSEF procedures/ practices with awareness about environmental statutory regulations and safety protocols. Take part in process safety management activities
Liaise with other site functions to ensure that reliability and safety of operations is maintained and the production targets are met
Keep self abreast with leading technology advancements & trends. Participate in trainings to enhance competencies and knowledge
Technology Operations -
Execute end-to-end CTS plan, technology improvement processes as per set milestones for pilot/ scale up studies
Review all related engineering documents and conduct process engineering work as per plan
Provide technology input for the root cause analysis of complex process/ engineering issues
Evaluate feedstock/ chemical/ additive/ catalyst/ fuelson performance and report deviations
Design technical integrity of all changes/ plant modifications as per set technical standards and guidelines
