- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, equipment, and utilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation issues and conduct timely repairs
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safety norms during all maintenance activities
- Monitor equipment performance and assist in reducing downtime through root cause analysis
- Maintain accurate logs and maintenance records of performed tasks and breakdowns
- Support installation, commissioning, and calibration of new machinery or equipment
- Coordinate with the production and engineering teams for smooth plant operations
- Guide and train junior technicians or operators on equipment handling and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure availability and proper use of tools, spare parts, and maintenance resources
- Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
Educational Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or relevant trade
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
