Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define best in class development flows, features, and methodologies for AMD FPGA, Zynq and Adaptive SoC tools and libraries.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, planning and customers to drive tool features.
- Provide technical expertise to the field and customers through the creation of training materials, tutorials, and user guides.
- Communication of complex subjects to field and customers, making options, tradeoffs, and impacts clear.
- Evaluate field and customer feedback, identify key areas for new features/changes, and work with planning and engineering to fix.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent knowledge of standard SoC boot methods and system management schemes
- Working knowledge of the entire FPGA design process and tool flow.
- Expertise in system on chip development.
- Familiarity with Arm application and real time processors.
- Familiarity with common SoC bootloaders such as TI X-Loader, U-Boot SPL, AMD (Xilinx) FSBL/PLM, or similar
- Ability to analyze and solve complex system level issues, internally and with top tier customers.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with worldwide teams.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related equivalent with 15+Yrs of exp
