Job Description

This is an operational responsible for day-to-day management of workplace operations. The incumbent may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Facility upkeep Housekeeping, Cafeteria, Pantry, parking, perimeter, common spaces.

Schedule and supervise -Preventive Maintenance, lifts, stp, owc, Cafe equipment, and any other equipments, assets covered under WSS scope.

Adherence to the compliance and Audits for health and safety, Information security, TL9000, Internal Audits, BCMS

Weekly/fortnightly/monthly MIS report for workplace support service, preventive maintainance, consumptions for Pantry and other consumables,

Co-ordination during hospitality related arrangements like Client visits, Employee Engagements,

Vendor Management, Contract Management, Billing, Payments

Supervision of projects related to builiding repairs, interior fitouts and renvoations, equipment replacment, upgrades.
