Job Description

We are looking for A Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent aligned with business needs. The role involves stakeholder management, strategic sourcing, and driving efficient hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring plans.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate with interview panels for technical and managerial interviews.
  • Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement until onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
  • Support campus hiring, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment drives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand throughout the hiring journey.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly hiring targets.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment
  • Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
  • 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
