We are hiring a Talent Acquisition professional for one of our luxury apparel brands based in Mumbai. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across corporate and retail functions, ensuring timely hiring while maintaining the brand's premium hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, retail, and leadership positions
  • Partner with business heads to understand manpower planning and hiring needs
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and networking
  • Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Drive hiring for luxury retail roles such as Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Stylists, Sales Associates, etc.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with luxury brand values
  • Manage offer roll-out, negotiation, and joining formalities
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring (if required)
  • Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and budgets

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
  • 38 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Prior experience in luxury apparel / fashion / retail brands preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Good understanding of retail hiring cycles and seasonal demands
  • Presentable, confident, and brand-oriented mindset
