Job Description
We are hiring a
Talent Acquisition professional for one of our
luxury apparel brands based in Mumbai. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across corporate and retail functions, ensuring timely hiring while maintaining the brand's premium hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, retail, and leadership positions
- Partner with business heads to understand manpower planning and hiring needs
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and networking
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders
- Drive hiring for luxury retail roles such as Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Stylists, Sales Associates, etc.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with luxury brand values
- Manage offer roll-out, negotiation, and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring (if required)
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and budgets
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
- 38 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Prior experience in luxury apparel / fashion / retail brands preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good understanding of retail hiring cycles and seasonal demands
- Presentable, confident, and brand-oriented mindset
