Requirements:
Level L2, L3 Application Support experience preferably in 3-10 years range.
Key criteria:
Bachelor's degree (U.S. or equivalent) and 3+ years of software development experience.
Must be comfortable coding in Java or similar programming language, debugging, writing quality-of-life snippets, writing scripts for debugging and updates and familiarity with Linux bash scripting..
Must be clear, empathetic communicator.
Must be willing to execute on support issues while also building out the function and automating repeat issues.
Ability to identify corner cases, add validations will help us understand problem solving ability.
Knowledge of standard support ticketing, prioritization and SDLC processes and tools Gitlab, incident management, JIRA etc.
