Job Description

Scope

  • Position is focused on enabling Agile delivery for cross-functional product and engineering teams working on enterprise software solutions.
  • Facilitate delivery across teams involving Product Management, Engineering, QA, Cloud/DevOps, Architecture, and Support.
  • Act as a servant leader to ensure Agile ceremonies, planning, execution, and release processes are effective and continuously improved.
  • Drive collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure sprint goals, release commitments, and customer expectations are met.
  • Support teams in identifying risks, dependencies, impediments, and process inefficiencies, and work proactively toward resolution.
  • Help establish strong Agile discipline, engineering rhythm, and delivery governance across the team.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate all key Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, team accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, and Developers to ensure clear prioritization and smooth sprint execution.
  • Track sprint progress, team velocity, burndown, risks, blockers, and dependencies, and provide timely visibility to stakeholders.
  • Remove impediments and enable the team to stay focused on delivering sprint and release commitments.
  • Drive release readiness and coordination across multiple teams where required.
  • Ensure user stories are well-defined, acceptance criteria are clear, and work is aligned with business priorities.
  • Support the team in adopting strong engineering and delivery practices, including automation, CI/CD, and quality-first development approaches.
  • Use delivery metrics and Agile KPIs to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand solution architecture, delivery dependencies, and operational challenges.
  • Promote transparency, accountability, and a high-performance team culture.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide clear updates on sprint health, release timelines, and delivery risks.
  • Contribute to building Agile maturity across teams through coaching, documentation, and process standardization.
  • Work with distributed/global teams and ensure alignment across functions and time zones.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of overall experience, with strong experience as a Scrum master's in software product or enterprise technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience managing Agile delivery for cross-functional teams in application development, cloud, platform, or DevOps-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile delivery models, Kanban, and release planning.
  • Experience working with teams using technologies such as Python, JavaScript, Ansible, Terraform, or similar modern development and automation stacks.
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, and modern software development lifecycle practices.
  • Strong experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
  • Proven ability to identify and remove delivery impediments, manage risks/dependencies, and improve team effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret delivery data and make thoughtful recommendations.
  • Ability to work effectively with Product Owners, Engineering teams, Architects, QA, and Support teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in Agile coaching and driving continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
  • Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud delivery models, and technical program coordination is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in enterprise product development or supply chain / SaaS / platform engineering environments will be a plus.
