Job Description

Scope:

  • We are seeking aCloud Infra Ops - Systems Engineer (Citrix)with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Citrix and virtualization technologies. This role is ahands-on executor role, focused ondaily operations, troubleshooting, and supportin a global environment. The candidate will work onincident resolution, system monitoring, and user support, while continuously learningcloud adoption practices, AI-driven monitoring, andParallel Client ROMI operations.The position requiresavailability for shift operationsto support 24x7 business needs.

What you'll do:

  • Provideday-to-day operational supportfor Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD / XenApp /XenDesktop)
  • Support and troubleshoot issues related toStoreFront, Workspace App, and NetScaler Gateway (ADC)
  • Performbasic configuration and health checksof Citrix environments
  • Troubleshoot andassistin managingParallel Client ROMIdeployments and integrations
  • SupportMFA authentication flows(Azure AD MFA, Okta, Duo, RSA) with Citrix logins
  • Work withWindows Server OS and Active Directoryin Citrix environments
  • Assistwithincident handling, problem logging, and ticket resolutionvia ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools)
  • Participate inroutine monitoring, patching, and upgradesas directed by senior engineers
  • Developbasic PowerShell scriptsfor repetitive tasks and reporting
  • Collaborate withseniorengineersforescalations and mentoring
  • Adapt tocloud-native concepts and AI-driven operationsas part of learning and growth

What we are looking for:

  • 5-8years of hands-on experience withCitrix infrastructure(CVAD, StoreFront, NetScaler)
  • Knowledge ofParallel Client ROMIoperations and troubleshooting
  • Basic experience inWindows Server administration, AD, DNS, DHCP
  • Exposure toMFA and SSO integrations(SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
  • Familiarity withVDI/DaaS conceptsand user session troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills inend-user and Citrix environments
  • Willingness to work in a24x7 shift environment

Preferred Skills

  • ExposuretoCitrix Cloud and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)deployments
  • KnowledgeofZero Trust frameworksand modern security practices
  • Familiaritywithmonitoring platforms(Splunk, Elastic, Citrix Director, ServiceNow dashboards)
  • AwarenessofAI-driven monitoring and automation solutions(predictive analytics, noise reduction, self-healing)
  • Experiencewithautomation/orchestration tools(Terraform, Ansible - desirable)
  • Workingknowledge of Azure Entra IDfor MFA, SSO, and conditional access integrations
