This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad for a Senior Student Counselor. The primary responsibilities include advising and guiding students on study abroad opportunities, career pathways, and application processes. The role involves evaluating student profiles, assisting in document preparation, and providing personalized counseling to support students in achieving their educational and career goals. Regular communication with students and their families, as well as collaboration with team members and international educational institutions, will also be key aspects of this role.

• Proven expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to effectively guide students toward their academic and professional aspirations.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, families, and team members.
• Strong Customer Service capabilities to provide a seamless and supportive experience for students throughout their journey.
• Understanding of the Education sector, processes, and industry standards related to overseas admissions.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to diverse needs, and maintain a student-first approach.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in counseling, education, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in additional languages, experience with application processes to international universities, and knowledge of visa requirements are considered advantages.
