Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role based in India for a Sr. Statistical Programmer/Tech Lead Statistical Programmer. The role involves leading statistical programming activities for clinical trial projects, creating, validating, and maintaining programs across analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures. The selected candidate will review protocols, statistical analysis plans, and data specifications while working closely with biostatisticians, data managers, and multidisciplinary teams. The role also includes designing and creating macros for statistical programming, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to applicable regulations, guidelines, and company SOPs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Statistical Programming and Statistics
  • 5-10 years Experience in Programming and creating macros for efficiency
  • Strong knowledge of Data Management and dataset structures
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of relevant regulatory guidelines and clinical trial processes
  • Ability to lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Prior experience as a Statistical Programmer or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
