Sr. Staff Engineer

In your new role you will:

• Understand design requirements to close timing indigital flow,and develop solutions to achieve their goal.
• Provide technical leadership forflow and methodologytopics in multi-site projects in timing area
• Steer cross-functional teams to meet Performance and schedule goals -manage stakeholders from BUs
• Analyse and solve problems of high complexity using your global expert network
• Keep management updated with high-level reports
• Manage day to day activities for timing sub flows, including design support
• Manage the timing team

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• You should have these additional qualifications:
• A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or a similar field
• At least 10 years of experience inCAD or Timing verificationof highly complex SoCs
• A good understanding in all aspects ofRTL2GDS
• Proven technical leadership skills
• Hand-on experience and people management skills as well.
• Sound programming skills and knowledge in scripting languages e.gTcl,Perl or Python
• Very good Communication and leadership skills, along with people management
