Build scalable cloud and fullstack systems in a cuttingedge R&D environment

Job Description

Lead architecture, design, development, maintenance & deployment of software products using Agile & Lean methodologies
Contribute with 100% hands-on technical ownership, including coding, design reviews, and detailed technical documentation
Build and maintain automated testing frameworks for unit, component, and system validation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SQA, Marketing, Service, Support, PMO) to align on product requirements and delivery milestones
Use industry-standard tools to exchange specifications, maintain compliance, and deliver product-ready software
Champion adoption of new technologies, tools, and methods that enhance scalability, quality, and team efficiency

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr Staff Engineer, Software Engineering should have:

Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 10+ years of software development experience
3+ years as a technical architect designing software applications & system architectures in regulated environments
3+ years experience with AWS cloud development & deployment
Proficiency in:

Java, Spring MVC, Angular 2.0, Python, REST APIs

Fullstack web development across UI, business logic, and backend layers

Experience working across all major application layers-UI, services, databases, and cloud infrastructure
