Sr Specialist HR Shared Services

Your Job:

• Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees (Hire to Retire)
• Assist in managing HR inquiries and employee requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Support the HR team in administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and maintaining employee records.
• Manage Helpdesk as per defined SLAs and metrics
• HR Service Delivery:Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and transactional services.
• Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Compliance:Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal regulations.
• Data Accuracy:Maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data in HR systems.
• Customer Satisfaction:Address employee queries and ensure a positive employee experience.
• KPI Management:Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR Shared Services.
• Project Management:Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades or process redesign.
• Collaboration:Work with other HR teams, HR Business Partners, and other departments.
• Continuous Improvement:Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the HR Shared Services function.
