About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. Solution Architect (AI & Agentic Systems) who brings together enterprise system design and hands-on expertise in Agentic AI platforms.
This is a hybrid leadership role for a technologist who understands both:
- deterministic enterprise architectures (security, scalability, governance), and
- probabilistic AI systems driven by LLMs and autonomous agents.
You will define the architectural vision for core digital platforms while leading the design of multi-agent AI systems that interact seamlessly with enterprise workflows, data, and tools across cloud and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise & System Architecture
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design secure, resilient, and highly available end-to-end architectures for complex distributed systems.
- AI Integration Strategy: Define patterns to embed AI and agentic workflows into enterprise platforms, legacy systems, and microservices.
- Technical Governance: Establish architecture standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines across engineering teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business goals into technical blueprints and communicate architectural decisions to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
AI Platform & Agentic AI Architecture
- Agentic Framework Design: Architect and guide the implementation of multi-agent systems (planning, reasoning, execution, research agents) for complex enterprise workflows.
- LLM Orchestration: Design inference layers that manage multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, local models) with fallback strategies, caching, and cost controls.
- Memory & Context Management: Architect advanced context systems using vector databases, RAG pipelines, and shared memory for long-running agent sessions.
- Tool & MCP Integration: Define secure standards for agent-tool interaction using Model Context Protocol (MCP) across APIs, file systems, browsers, and enterprise data sources.
- Production Readiness: Ensure AI systems meet enterprise standards for reliability, observability, security, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
Core Architecture & Engineering
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in a Solution Architect or equivalent leadership role.
- Cloud & Platform Expertise: Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); and serverless architectures.
- Backend Engineering: Deep proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, with strong API design experience (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets).
- Data Architecture: Expertise in relational (PostgreSQL, SQLite) and NoSQL databases; designing scalable and secure data models.
AI & Agentic Systems
- Agentic AI Expertise: Strong understanding of agent architectures such as ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
- LLM Platforms: Hands-on experience architecting systems using LLMs, embeddings, and vector stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, etc.).
- MLOps & AI Lifecycle: Familiarity with deploying, monitoring, and governing AI models in production environments.
- Enterprise AI Security: Understanding of access control, compliance, and risk management for enterprise AI systems.
Desirable Qualification
- Experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, or custom agent frameworks.
- Experience with local-first architectures and embedded databases (SQLite).
- Familiarity with Tauri or Electron for cross-platform agent or desktop AI tools.
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent.
