Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead presales activities for large and complex RFPs/RFIs, driving solution design, technical submission, and customer presentations. 2Architect UCaaS solutions, covering Teams DR, Operator Connect, Direct Routing, SBC design, number management, and PSTN integration.
  • Design enterprise telephony architecture using SIP Trunks, advanced call routing, survivability, hybrid deployments, and migration strategies. Provide presales expertise across Webex Calling, Zoom Phone, MTR/Webex devices, meeting solutions, and multi-vendor collaboration ecosystems.
  • Prepare HLDs, LLDs, BOMs, sizing, deployment architecture, and endtoend migration plans for enterprise customers. Conduct demos, workshops, and POCs, and engage with CXO-level stakeholders to articulate technical and business value.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian telecom regulations (DoT/ILD/NLD, CLI norms, emergency calling, PSTN rules) for cloud telephony and UCaaS deployments.
  • Support complementary CCaaS solution positioning (NICE, Webex CC, Genesys, etc.) along with baseline networking knowledge (SIP, QoS, SBC, DNS, WAN, firewall basics).
  • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and telco partners to validate feasibility and deliver accurate, competitive technical solutions.
