Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage direct reports to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met
  • Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and deploy platform-enhancing solutions
  • Contribute strategic vision integrating broad ideas for application development
  • Stay current on industry trends and technologies to improve platform functionality and user experience
  • Evaluate and recommend new techniques, practices, or technologies to meet evolving needs
  • Work closely with functional groups and digital teams to align development projects with business goals and customer needs
  • Solve complex, multi-dimensional problems
  • Communicate strategic updates to executive leadership
  • Assign personnel to projects, direct activities, review work, and prepare performance reports
