Job Description: Mobile Lead in ReactNative

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior React Native Developer with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in building high-performance, scalable mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React Native and a solid understanding of mobile application architecture, performance optimisation, and cross-platform development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into robust, reusable, and scalable code.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services.
• Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across Android and iOS platforms.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Manage a small size of team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficiency in Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
• Experience with Android and iOS build processes, app deployment, and store releases.
• Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and platform-specific guidelines.
• Experience with API integration, authentication, and data synchronisation.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
• Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and analytics.
• Exposure to performance profiling and memory optimisation.
• Experience working with offline storage and synchronisation mechanisms.
