Primary Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer to lead the development of high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android. This role requires strong technical expertise, and the ability to mentor junior developers while driving end-to-end delivery. The ideal candidate has experience building complex, scalable mobile applications and is proactive in improving quality, performance, and user experience.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications using React Native.
• Build reusable and high-performance components and libraries.
• Integrate with backend systems, third-party APIs, and native modules.
• Drive performance tuning, debugging, crash resolution, and platform-specific enhancements.
• Handle the full app lifecycle, including publishing.
• Ensure code quality through robust coding standards, peer reviews, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers through code reviews and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Backend teams to deliver well-structured features.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and release activities.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of production issues.
• Stay updated on mobile development trends and recommend relevant improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of mobile/front-end development experience, with 4+ years in React Native.
• Strong expertise in:
  • JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
  • React Native core components and APIs
  • React Hooks, Redux/Redux Toolkit, Context API
• Deep experience with app integrations:
  • REST APIs, GraphQL, JSON
  • Native modules and bridging
  • Offline storage (SQLite, MMKV, Realm)
• Strong understanding of:
  • iOS (Xcode, provisioning, certificates)
  • Android (Android Studio, Gradle)
  • Push notifications, deep linking, analytics
• Hands-on experience with:
  • App Center, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Code Commit, Bitrise, etc.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Detox, or similar.
• Experience is building the distribution and publishing to app/play store.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, debug efficiently, and propose robust solutions.
