Sr Software Engineer(Java,Springboot,Reactjs)

Scope:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Developer to join our team as an individual contributor. This role is ideal for someone with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development, particularly with Java-based backend systems and React JS for frontend development. The developer will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications that support our supply chain solutions. Experience with microservices architecture and domain knowledge in supply chain will be considered a strong advantage.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React JS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of microservices-based architecture.

What Are We Looking For:

• 4-5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related backend technologies.
• Solid experience with React JS and modern frontend development practices.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Exposure to supply chain domain or enterprise systems is desirable.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
