Design and implement scalable AEM Sites and DAM solutions using AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
Architect and implement headless content delivery solutions using AEM Content Services and APIs.
Develop and customize AEM components, templates, Sling models, OSGi services, schedulers, and workflows.
Configure and optimize AEM Cloud Manager pipelines and CI/CD processes.
Automate and optimize development workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
Implement DAM best practices including metadata modeling, taxonomy management, and asset governance.
Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability across distributed multi-tier systems.
Collaborate effectively with onshore/offshore teams in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
Develop and execute automated testing strategies (functional, integration, performance).
Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of IT experience building scalable content management platforms.
5+ years of experience coordinating with onshore/offshore teams.
Strong hands-on expertise in:
AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
AEM Sites and DAM
Sling APIs
OSGi services
AEM workflows and schedulers
AEM Cloud Manager and CI/CD pipelines
Proven experience in headless delivery architecture.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, React.
Solid experience in digital asset management in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of metadata standards and taxonomy management.
Expertise in application design, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
Experience with automation testing frameworks and documentation.
Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Education and Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, and/or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred
Strong proficiency in AEM development, customization, and configuration. In-depth knowledge of AEM architecture, assets, sling APIs, Schedulers, OSGI services and workflows.
