Position Responsibilities
Core Stack (Must-Have)
- C# / .NET Core 8 (or higher): Deep experience with modern .NET, async/await patterns, LINQ
- ASP.NET Core MVC: Areas-based organization, middleware pipeline, authentication/authorization
- Entity Framework Core: Complex entity relationships, migrations, performance optimization, query tuning
- SQL Server: T-SQL, indexing strategies, understanding of database performance
- Visual Studio Professional and GIT: understand standard git branching and pull request process via visual studio or command line
Azure Cloud (Important)
- Azure Functions: Timer triggers, queue triggers, durable functions patterns
- Azure Storage: Blob storage, queues, tables
- Application Insights: Telemetry, diagnostics, performance monitoring
- Azure Resource Management: Familiarity with Azure portal to design and manage production workloads
- Azure DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, build / deployment automation, release management
Frontend (working knowledge expected)
- JavaScript/ES6 modules
- jQuery and Bootstrap 4
- Modern build tooling (npm, esbuild or webpack)
- DataTables or similar complex UI libraries
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
- 2+ years working across both frontend and backend technologies in production environments
- 2+ years with C# and .NET Core/ASP.NET Core
- 2+ years with JavaScript and modern frontend development
- 1+ years with Azure cloud services
- Proven track record of delivering complete features end-to-end (database to UI)
Preferred:
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Experience with enterprise-scale applications serving multiple clients
- Previous work on financial, healthcare, or regulated systems
- Experience with both greenfield projects and legacy code maintenance
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical initiatives
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
