Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a Full Stack Java AWS Developer with skillset AWS Node JS Python and Azure(nice to have). This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to innovative projects and drive technological advancements. The position offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable software solutions using Full Stack Java with skillset AWS Node JS Python and Azure(nice to have to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust applications using Java and JavaScript.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity through effective use of SQL and mySQL.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
- Implement security measures and data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into existing systems to improve efficiency.
- Participate in agile development processes to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
- Document software designs and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.

Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of AWS enabling the development of cloud-based applications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and mySQL for effective database management.
- Exhibit expertise in Node JS and Angular JS for building dynamic web applications.
- Have a solid foundation in Java and JavaScript for developing versatile software solutions.
- Show experience in working within a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
