Job Description

Develop and Maintain High quality web applications using Ruby on Rails framework.
Collaborate with cross functional Teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to code standards.
Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by Users or QA Team ensuring optimal application performance.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Ruby on Rails development, contributing to architectural decisions and technical discussions.

Requirements

BE or Any master s in information technology or computer science
Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer or similar role.
Strong understanding of the Ruby programming language and the Rails framework.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite.
Strong proficiency in Design patterns for scalable and maintainable code
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have:

Experience with AWS services, especially EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service), and infrastructure.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management system.
Knowledge of Python programming language.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Contributions to open-source projects or participation in the Ruby on Rails community.
