About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and culturally attuned Senior Social Media Manager who lives and breathes lifestyle, fashion, and beauty. This role is ideal for someone who understands strong brand storytelling, visual aesthetics, and evolving digital trends, and can translate them into high-impact social media strategies.

You will lead social media for key clients, drive creative direction, and ensure consistent growth in engagement, brand love, and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand positioning (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Build monthly/quarterly content calendars rooted in trends, cultural moments, and brand voice
  • Identify opportunities for virality, engagement spikes, and community growth
  • Content & Creative Direction
  • Lead end-to-end content ideation across formats: reels, carousels, stories, and campaigns
  • Ensure visually compelling and engaging output aligned with brand aesthetics
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and influencers
  • Client & Account Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Present strategies, campaign ideas, and performance reports confidently
  • Understand brand tonality deeply and ensure consistency across all communication
  • Campaign & Influencer Management
  • Conceptualize and execute influencer collaborations and social campaigns
  • Work with relevant influencers/creators for authentic storytelling
  • Track campaign performance and optimize in real-time
  • Analytics & Performance
  • Monitor KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and conversions
  • Translate data into actionable insights and strategy refinements
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices
  • Team Leadership
  • Mentor junior team members and guide content and execution quality
  • Ensure timelines, quality standards, and brand expectations are consistently met

Key Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or brand environment
  • Proven experience working with lifestyle, fashion, or beauty brands
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand tonality
  • Deep familiarity with Instagram trends, reels, and evolving content formats
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
  • Experience with influencer collaborations and campaign execution
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands simultaneously

Good to Have

  • Experience working with well-known or fast-growing brands
  • Knowledge of paid social amplification strategies
  • Exposure to shoots, styling, and production coordination
