Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Social Media Manager, based in Kozhikode, Kerala. The Sr Social Media Manager will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies to achieve client goals. Day-to-day tasks include creating and optimizing content plans, managing multiple social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated with emerging trends. The role also involves close collaboration with creative teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and the maintenance of strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Content Strategy
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to analyze data, monitor trends, and optimize strategies based on key performance indicators
• Hands-on experience with social media tools, analytics platforms, and management software
• Team leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proven history of managing successful campaigns and achieving measurable results
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment is a plus
