Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sr. Social Media Marketing Executive. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating content and campaign strategies, and executing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. The candidate will work closely with creative teams to ensure strong brand communication, audience growth, and measurable campaign performance.

Key Responsibilites.

• Plan and manage social media and performance marketing strategies for multiple brands

• Create content calendars, campaign ideas, and oversee posts, reels, and digital campaigns

• Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms

• Track campaign performance, analyze insights, and improve strategies based on results

• Manage paid promotions, ad budgets, audience targeting, and lead generation campaigns

• Collaborate with designers, video editors, influencers, and partners for cohesive brand storytelling

• Build community engagement and authentic audience interactions

• Stay updated on trends, social media tools, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements.

• 2–5 years of experience in Social Media & Digital  Performance Marketing (agency experience preferred)

• Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, paid ads, analytics, and campaign optimization

• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, reporting tools, and social media platforms

• Good communication, writing, analytical, and leadership skills

• Creative thinker with an understanding of trends, audience behavior, and digital growth strategies

• Interest in hospitality, lifestyle, nightlife, events, and experiential branding

• Based in Manglore or Udupi and ready to relicate.
