Job Title: Sr. SEO Strategist (AI-Driven SEO) Team Lead

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior SEO Strategist with strong AI adoption who can take end-to-end ownership of SEO strategy and execution while leading and reviewing the work of experienced SEO professionals.
This role requires maturity, decision-making ability, and accountability. It is not a support or coordination role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own SEO strategy across technical, content, and on-page/off-page SEO using AI-driven workflows
- Lead, mentor, and review work of SEO team members with 34 years of experience
- Use AI tools for keyword clustering, intent mapping, content optimization, audits, and performance analysis
- Drive technical SEO initiatives in collaboration with developers (indexing, CWV, schema, site structure)
- Translate business goals into measurable SEO outcomes (traffic, leads, conversions)
- Set SEO SOPs, ensure quality standards, and enforce timelines
- Provide clear feedback, corrections, and guidance to the team
- Track performance using GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools and present actionable insights
Mandatory Requirements
- 46 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong, practical use of AI in daily SEO work (ChatGPT, Gemini, Surfer, Clearscope, automation, etc.)
- Proven ability to review, correct, and guide senior SEO profiles
- Solid understanding of technical SEO, search intent, topical authority, and EEAT
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes
- Clear communication and documentation skills
