Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and modern SEO practices including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and confidence in handling client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic
- Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, structured data, and website architecture
- Execute on-page SEO activities including keyword optimization, meta tags, content structuring, and internal linking
- Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO, including AEO, GEO, and evolving search engine algorithms
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, and provide actionable insights
- Manage and communicate with clients, providing regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure all SEO activities align with business goals and deliver measurable results
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or Senior SEO Executive
- Strong hands-on experience in technical SEO and on-page optimization
- Good understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage client communication and expectations effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with multiple clients or agencies
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress
