Technology Development & Process Scale-up

• Lead technology development and process scale-up initiatives with a focus on engineering execution
• Apply strong domain expertise in chemical process fundamentals for process design, simulation, and troubleshooting
• Drive process improvements and ensure smooth transition from R&D to commercial scale

Process Design, Simulation & Engineering

• Utilize process design and simulation tools, including ASPEN, for developing and optimizing chemical processes
• Perform process scale-up and pilot plant operations to validate process feasibility and improvements
• Engage in process troubleshooting to resolve operational issues effectively

Industrial Experience & Domain Expertise

• Bring industrial experience in specialty chemicals, chlorine, phosphorus, epoxy, or polymer industries
• Demonstrate expertise in organic and inorganic synthesis as well as polymer chemistry fundamentals

Skills & Tools

• Strong hands-on experience in process improvement, development, and troubleshooting
• Proficient in ASPEN process modeling; exposure to CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of organic and inorganic synthesis and polymer chemistry to support process development
