Sr.Salesforce Developer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II preferred.
- Extensive experience (5 years) as a Salesforce Developer
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Strong understanding of financial services business processes, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies, to address financial services business requirements.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand and refine requirements for financial services applications within Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain custom code, configuration, and enhancements in alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards in the financial sector.
- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and testing to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions within the financial services domain.
