Job Description

Role: Sr. Salesforce Administrator

Location: Mumbai only

Notice Period: Imm/30-45days

Experience: 5-8 years of exp

Certification: Salesforce Admin

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation, data management, and user support, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
  • Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.)
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
  • Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for business insights
  • Oversee data quality, data imports/exports, and data governance practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing user support and training
  • Implement and manage automation processes using Flow Builder
  • Ensure system performance, scalability, and best practices adherence
  • Support integrations with third-party tools and APIs
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
  • Expertise in Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and validation rules
  • Experience with data management tools like Data Loader
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture
  • Experience in report and dashboard creation
  • Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required
  • Advanced Administrator Certification is preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
  • Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
