Key Responsibilities
Account & Relationship Management
- Manage and grow strategic accounts across banks and NBFCs
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Promote organizational thought leadership and strategic offerings
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and drive new business opportunities to increase revenue share from key accounts
- Lead complex commercial and contractual negotiations to close high-value deals
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Monitor sales pipeline performance and ensure monthly budgets are achieved
