Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager/Sales Lead Real Estate, located in Noida sector 132 .
Responsibilities
- As a Senior Sales Manager, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue objectives while overseeing sales operations.
- Responsibilities include managing a team of sales professionals, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, negotiating contracts, and staying updated with market trends.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and partners to ensure the growth of the real estate portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales, sales strategy, and client relationship management
- Strong leadership and team management abilities to lead and motivate sales teams
- Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for building long-term client and partner relationships
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations is highly desirable
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude to drive results.
- Should have 4-10 years of experience in real estate sales
- Can Handle team of 2-5 members.
