Role Description



This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will lead sales efforts, build and nurture client relationships, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop tailored proposals. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions. The candidate is also expected to analyze market trends, provide insights for business development, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and negotiating contracts
  • Strong skills in client relationship management and customer-focused engagement
  • Experience analyzing market trends and developing data-driven sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic market conditions
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Familiarity with parking technology or urban infrastructure solutions is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems
