Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and scale the corporate & B2B gifting vertical, driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
  2. Build and manage relationships with corporates, institutions, luxury brands, channel partners, and key decision-makers.
  3. Own annual gifting strategy, targets, pricing, and margins, with strong focus on festive and bulk orders.
  4. Drive product curation, customization, and premium packaging in collaboration with marketing and sourcing teams.
  5. Manage key accounts, large-ticket negotiations, and repeat business from top clients.
  6. Coordinate with operations, supply chain, finance, and logistics for timely and flawless execution.
  7. Lead, mentor, and scale the gifting sales and operations team.
  8. Knowledge of the unorganised gifting trade and gifting aggregators,

Experience Level:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Corporate Gifting / B2B Sales / Key Account Management
  • Prior exposure to FMCG, premium, luxury, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands preferred

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Strong network across Admin Heads, Procurement, CXOs, and gifting decision-makers.
  2. Commercially strong with negotiation, planning, and execution capabilities.
