Title: Senior Sales Manager Furniture & Fit-out

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and sales for furniture and interior fit-out projects across corporate, commercial, and institutional clients.
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with architects, interior designers, project consultants, and corporate clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal, and presentation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Work closely with design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure repeat business.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record in furniture and fit-out project sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B Furniture / Interior Fit-out / Workspace Solutions Sales.
