Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Sales Manager, based in Dwarka. The Sr. Sales Manager will drive sales strategies, build and nurture client relationships, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and meet or exceed revenue targets. The role also involves developing and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve organizational goals, conducting market research, creating reports, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
  • Proven experience in Client Relationship Management, including the ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions
  • Leadership and Team Management experience with the ability to inspire and drive teams toward achieving targets
  • Knowledge of Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated negotiation capabilities
  • Experience in the Real Estate sector or related industries is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields required; an MBA is preferred
  • Ability to work onsite in Dwarka and a willingness to travel as needed
