Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Sr. Sales Manager specializing in B2B Events Sponsorships. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies to drive sponsorship revenue, identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and building long-term relationships. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand client needs, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships to ensure the success of events. Additional tasks include tracking sales performance and generating regular reports to achieve set sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B sales, sponsorship management, and closing high-value deals
  • Proven ability in planning and executing sales strategies and account management
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and client management skills
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and CRM tools
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in sales or a related field
  • Knowledge of event management and the sponsorship industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
