Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute direct sales initiatives to acquire new customers and drive significant revenue growth.
- Develop, refine, and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Build, nurture, and sustain long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored AV solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and successfully convert high-value prospects into customers.
- Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations customized to customer requirements.
- Ensure timely payment collection through consistent and professional follow-ups.
- Manage sales operations and customer relationships across Maharashtra, with required travel.
- Monitor and manage the sales funnel, analyzing performance data to guide strategic decisions.
- Address and resolve customer queries or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide mentoring and support to junior team members when required.
Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years of proven experience in AV & Integration, Design Sales Management, preferably handling regional or multi-state sales.
- Deep understanding of sales strategies, solution selling, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to travel frequently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding high-value sales targets.
- Must have hands-on experience executing AV projects.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
