Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and customer retention.
  • Understand clients needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring all steps are completed effectively.
  • Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals and meet sales goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales strategies and messaging.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and pricing to effectively sell solutions.
  • Track and report sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes to the sales manager or leadership team.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client feedback and sales interactions.
