Job Brief (Sr. Sales Executive)

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sr. Sales Executive to join our team. The Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within their assigned territory. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions to meet those needs effectively.

Job Responsibility

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers and Dealers

Meet and exceed sales targets

Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts

Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.

Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.

Setting and meeting sales revenue targets.

Maintaining technical knowledge by attending conferences and workshops.

Skills Required

  • 2 -3 years of experience in Field sales or Showroom sales
  • Must have knowledge of how to deal with dealers, align meeting with them.Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in Sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
