Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sr/Sales Executive to drive sales and business development in assigned territory. The ideal candidate must have strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Dealers, and Distributors, and proven experience in project and channel sales within the building material industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in assigned region.
- Manage and expand dealer and distributor networks in the assigned region.
- Generate business from Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Project Consultants.
- Identify new project opportunities and follow up till order closure.
- Ensure regular market visits, competitor tracking, and market intelligence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and influencers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries, payments, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and market feedback for management review. Desired
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any fieldd.
Experience: 37 years in Building Material / Interior Product Sales.
Must have strong market knowledge and contacts in assigned territory.
Proven experience in handling Project Sales and Dealer Network Management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
