This on-site role is based in India and reports into the commercial leadership team. The position is ideal for a revenue-focused seller with deep consultative-sales experience in staffing or professional services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new enterprise and mid-market client relationships to build a robust sales pipeline and expand market footprint.
- Lead consultative sales cycles: discover client hiring needs, design staffing solutions, present proposals, and close contracts.
- Manage end-to-end deal executionpricing, SOWs, contract negotiations, and onboarding handoff to delivery teams.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure candidate quality, timely fulfillment, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, produce weekly/monthly forecasts and sales reports, and hit assigned revenue targets.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and drive long-term relationship growth.
