About the Role
The Senior Reward Analyst (Global) plays a key role in supporting the delivery and evolution of H&MV Engineering's global Reward framework. Working closely with the Group Reward Lead and regional People teams, this role provides analytical insight, supports global reward processes, and helps ensure programmes are competitive, consistent, and compliant across EMEA, India, and the US.
This role requires strong analytical capability combined with an understanding of regional nuances, enabling the successful application of global Reward principles in local markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Reward Framework Support
- Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of global Reward frameworks, ensuring alignment across multiple regions and markets
- Assist in maintaining global job architecture, career frameworks, and salary structures, ensuring consistency while allowing for local market differentiation
- Contribute to global workforce planning and budgeting by providing compensation data, insights, and modelling
- Support the development of scalable Reward approaches that can adapt to a growing and evolving international workforce
2. Global Reward Processes & Governance
- Support the delivery of global annual salary review and bonus cycles, including data consolidation across regions, validation, modelling, and reporting
- Ensure Reward processes are applied consistently across geographies, while accommodating local regulatory and market requirements
- Assist in maintaining governance frameworks, policies, and guidelines to support global consistency and local compliance
- Support regulatory compliance activities, including pay transparency and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions
3. Global Benchmarking & Analytics
- Conduct multi-country market benchmarking analysis to inform global pay positioning and ensure external competitiveness
- Analyse global compensation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across regions
- Support hiring, promotion, and pay decisions across different geographies, providing data-driven insights that reflect both global principles and local market conditions
- Produce global Reward reporting, dashboards, and insights for senior stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making
4. Stakeholder Collaboration (Global & Regional)
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and regional teams across EMEA, India, and the US to support Reward initiatives
- Provide guidance on global Reward frameworks, ensuring consistent interpretation and application across locations
- Support the preparation of insights, analysis, and materials for global leadership discussions
- Act as a key point of contact for Reward-related queries, ensuring alignment between global standards and local practices
5. Benefits & Continuous Improvement (Global Lens)
- Support the administration and analysis of benefits programmes across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global principles and local requirements
- Identify opportunities to harmonise processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the global employee experience
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Reward tools, systems, and reporting capabilities across regions
- Support communication of Reward initiatives to ensure clarity and consistency globally
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- 4–6 years experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR Analytics, ideally within a global or multi-country environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with complex, multi-country datasets
- Good understanding of compensation structures, global benchmarking, and salary review processes
- Experience or exposure to Reward practices across EMEA, US, and/or India
- Understanding of global employment legislation, pay transparency, and regulatory requirements is an advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
