Sr Research Scientist -IPR (Med Device)

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Research Associate with expertise in organic chemistry and a passion for hands-on research. The ideal candidate is a functional expert who can independently design and execute synthetic schemes, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver on project timelines. This role requires a strong combination of technical proficiency and behavioral skills to effectively manage laboratory operations and communicate with a variety of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Synthesis & Project Execution: Independently design synthetic schemes and plan experiments to deliver on project targets.
• Chemistry Expertise: Apply a high level of proficiency in organic chemistry, including purification skills, inert reactions, and named reactions.
• Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Utilize excellent troubleshooting skills to overcome synthetic challenges and ensure timely project completion.
• Laboratory Management: Take full responsibility for day-to-day laboratory maintenance, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
• Communication & Collaboration: Leverage strong communication skills to manage internal and external tasks, including the procurement of chemicals and coordination of lab activities.
