GREF provides real estate transactions expertise, business partnering, space and occupancy planning, design and construction, capital investment program management, facility maintenance, and operations all contributing to the employee experience and leveraging places and programs to enable culture to thrive at Amazon.

Within GREF, the Global Customer Insights team represents the voice of the Amazonian throughout the workplace journey. We surface insights that help GREF deliver a workplace experience that enables Amazonians to do their best work while at the office.

We are seeking an experienced user research operations professional to join our Global Customer Insights team. As a Sr. Research Operations specialist in GREF, you will drive operational excellence across our global research initiatives. This role will be instrumental in scaling our research capabilities, managing participant recruitment for APAC and EMEA regions, and building an engaged research community that enables rapid customer feedback.

Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end participant recruitment and logistics support for APAC and EMEA-based research projects
- Conduct detailed Level of Effort (LoE) assessments to evaluate recruitment complexity, timeline requirements for incoming APAC and EMEA-based project requests
- Ensure consistent, professional participant communication that represents both GREF and Customer Insights with one unified voice
- Maintain compliance with global and regional privacy guidelines, PII regulations, and data retention policies across all recruitment activities
- Own and manage our User Research Panel, serving as the primary point of contact for rapid usability studies and stakeholder self-serve operations
- Collaborate with researchers to optimize recruitment timelines and reduce lead times for rapid usability studies
- Evolve the User Research panel from a recruitment database into an engaged online community that enables two-way feedback and ongoing dialogue
- Maintain visibility into participant engagement rates to prevent over-surveying, reduce fatigue, and eliminate duplicative research efforts
- Support the Self-Serve Customer Feedback Toolkit for certified stakeholders, establishing governance frameworks and requirements to ensure quality standards while enabling stakeholder self-service moments.
- Lead ongoing vendor relationships for project and panel management platforms, and research tools
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance research operations capabilities
- Ensure we have the right tools in our toolbox to enable efficient, high-quality research across diverse methodologies

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 5+ years of recruiting or research work at a market insights firm, executive search firm, or global in-house executive search team experience
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-regional recruitment efforts across different time zones and cultural contexts
- Strong understanding of privacy regulations, data protection requirements, and legal compliance considerations for research operations
- Experience with research panel management and participant database systems
- Proven vendor management skills with ability to negotiate contracts and manage external partnerships
- Excellent project management skills with ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with teams across APAC region
- Experience handling multiple projects in parallel
- Background in building or scaling research panels or online communities
- Familiarity with research tools such as Dscout, UserTesting, or similar platforms
- Experience developing self-serve processes or toolkits that democratize research capabilities
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments requiring rapid iteration and process optimization
