Job Description

Role and Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and banking transactions via semi-voice process

  • Perform financial data verification and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures

  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

  • Deliver high-quality service within defined SLAs

Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of finance and banking fundamentals

  • Excellentcommunication skills- both verbal and written

  • Ability to work in afast-paced, process-driven environment

  • Willingness to work inAustralian shift timings

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Education:

  • MBA or M. Com (Finance specialization preferred)

  • Freshers are welcome
